For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "777fd" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://777fd.biz, including all associated software, services, games, and account systems operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a 777fd account.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created by a registered user of 777fd.

Any funds in a suspended or closed account held pending eligibility verification will be handled in accordance with applicable AML regulations.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain one (1) account on 777fd. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777fd login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify 777fd support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777fd will investigate such reports and take appropriate steps to secure the Account pending the outcome of the investigation.

777fd cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or your device.

All deposits to a 777fd account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — including deposits made using payment methods belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the original payment source.

• Accepted payment methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees) per transaction.
• 777fd does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Third-party transaction fees levied by your payment provider are the Player's responsibility.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your 777fd balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution.
• All deposits are subject to AML screening. 777fd reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or display patterns consistent with financial crime.

Withdrawal requests on 777fd are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership.

• 777fd does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals. Fees levied by receiving financial institutions are the Player's responsibility.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. The following general conditions apply to all 777fd bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.

777fd reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies in respect of any prohibited conduct that causes loss to the Platform or to other Players.

All intellectual property on the 777fd platform — including but not limited to the 777fd brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of 777fd or its licensed content partners. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or reverse-engineered without prior written authorisation from 777fd.

Player accounts do not confer any intellectual property rights in or to the Platform, its games, or its content. Access to games is provided on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence basis solely for personal entertainment purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fd's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player into their 777fd account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777fd accepts no liability for:

• Gaming losses arising from normal, fair game outcomes.
• Losses arising from technical failures outside 777fd's reasonable control, including internet service outages, third-party payment system downtime, or force majeure events.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Tax obligations arising from Player winnings. Players are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from their use of 777fd under applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
• Losses arising from a Player's breach of these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension following prohibited conduct.

777fd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform acknowledges that gambling carries the risk of addiction and financial harm, and maintains comprehensive tools to assist Players in managing their gaming behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777fd account holders via the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount deposited into your 777fd account.
• Loss Limits: Automatic session pause when net losses reach a Player-specified threshold within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Mandatory logout after a Player-specified continuous session duration.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent in session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension for a Player-specified period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account block. Self-exclusion takes effect within hours of request and requires a formal process to reverse.

Underage Gambling: 777fd applies a strict 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed. Any deposits made by an underage Player will be returned to the original payment source. Any winnings accrued during an underage gaming session will be forfeited in full.

Players may request closure of their 777fd account at any time by contacting support. Upon receipt of a closure request, 777fd will process the closure within 5 business days and will, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and pending AML checks, return the real-money Balance to the Player's verified payment method.

777fd reserves the right to close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has been found to be ineligible under Section 3;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose 777fd to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an Account is closed by 777fd for cause, 777fd reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and — in cases involving fraud, prohibited conduct, or material breach — to withhold all or part of the real-money Balance pending investigation and, where applicable, legal proceedings.

A 777fd account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) calendar months. Upon a 777fd account becoming dormant, the following process applies:

• 777fd will send a notification to the registered email address advising of dormancy status and providing 30 calendar days to reactivate.
• If no response or reactivation occurs within the notification period, a monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied, subject to a minimum balance threshold and as permitted under applicable law.
• Dormancy fees will not reduce a Balance below zero. Where a Balance reaches zero through dormancy fees, the account will be archived.
• Players may reactivate a dormant 777fd account at any time by logging in and completing any applicable re-verification requirements.

Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of 777fd should be submitted to the 777fd support team in the first instance via the live chat in your account dashboard, or in writing to [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). 777fd will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of acknowledgement.

In any dispute regarding game outcomes, transaction records, or account activity, 777fd's server logs shall constitute the authoritative record unless demonstrably erroneous.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777fd's gaming license is issued. The Platform operates under an internationally recognised gaming license and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the issuing jurisdiction.

Your continued use of 777fd following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your remaining Balance before the effective date.
